This kit contains all the parts to upgrade your Nerdy Gurdy(*) with a metal crank.

The kit includes:
– Pre-assembled shaft
– Ready-made wheel with beech rim
– Metal crank
– Inner bearing and flange
– Crank assembly parts and knob
– Tooling: an extra long screw bit, to help replace the inner bearing

* Please note: The kit is not compatible with v6.3 and older.

Description

The conical fitting of the wheel on the shaft ensures a wheel that is straight and centered, even when it is removed and re-assembled. The beech rim on the wheel can be finished to a perfect round and smooth finish.

The upgrade kit can be fit to any existing NG BASIC, Linotte or Petite Linotte.

Tooling needed (Not included in kit)
– Hex key
– 13 mm spanner, or pliers
– Small screwdriver (PZ1)
– Screwdriver or drill with bit holder (150 mm bit is included in the kit)
